Operable Wall Partitions include the track, hanging wheel, sealing strip, frame, finish, sound insulation material, telescopic mechanism, sealing strip and other parts.

1. Track: the material is made of 6063-t5 anodized aluminum, which is used for hanging the partition.

2. Double roller: the roller is made of POM, the screw is made of no. 45 tempered steel, and the hanging partition can be rotated at any Angle on the horizontal plane, and can pass through the intersection point of L,T and X of the track along the pulley.

3. Roller seat: the material is A3 steel, which connects the roller with the partition.

4. Top and bottom seal aluminum: the material is anodic aluminum oxide.Sealing the gap between the partiton to ceiling and partition to gorund. It's soundproof and can fixed the partition.

5. Sealing tape: material is PVC, surface color is black.It can reduce the sound and light.It acts as a buffer when the movable partition touched the wall.

6. Base board: medium density fiberboard,also called MDF board.

7. Sound-proof cotton: PAR sound-absorbing glass fiber. Fireproof performance, thermal resistance and noise reduction coefficient are all in line with relevant standards.

8. Aluminum frame: All the frame is made of aluminum.

9. Telescopic mechanism: it is made of standard A3 steel and spring steel, operated by pressure spring, which can automatically adjust the gap between the screen and the ground.

10. Handle: made of standard A3 steel, it is used for operating up and down telescopic mechanism.

11. Finish structure: Movable partition finish can be glass, melamine, fireproof board, fabric, leather,gypsum board and other decorative materials.
